Step into The Restaurant and you

Restaurant is elegant, but not stuffy.
The European-trained waiters are
attentive and personable. The finest wines from their extensive
list are carefully chosen and poured into sparkling European
crystal glasses. Polished Christofle silverware is laid on crisp
linens.
The stage is now set for the main
event: inspired dishes created by Silversea's Master Chefs.
These dishes are complemented by those of La Collection du
Monde, created by the world-class chefs of culinary partner
Relais & Châteaux. Marked by innovation and creativity, you're

The Terrace Cafe
Fragrant truffles from
Rome. Delicate blueberries from St. Petersburg. Cool mangos from

An alternative to the more formal
Restaurant, The Terrace Cafe offers the same culinary excellence
but in a more casual setting. Evening menus accent regional
Italian specialties, while lunch and breakfast offer sumptuous
buffets and hearty grilled fare. And, as always, you have the
option to dine when and where you prefer - including a table
alfresco with the world and its bounty spread before you.
 In-Suite
Dining
Breakfast in bed...a late
lunch...an intimate dinner for two...whatever your whim, it can
be served in the privacy of your own suite. Or alfresco on your
veranda, if you prefer.
Regular room service menu is
available 24 hours a day. During regular dining hours, however,
you can order from the Restaurant menu, with your meal served
course by course. What could be more convenient?

chefs, as well as renowned visiting Relais & Châteaux chefs.
Join fellow guests in the card room for a game of contract
bridge. Check out a good book or a stack of videos from The
Library and retreat to your suite. Attend an enlightening
presentation by a guest lecturer and learn more about the region
you're visiting.
 Because
they know you crave new experiences, they offer many
opportunities to explore new areas. Learn a new language, brush
up on your dance steps, take part in a stimulating book
discussion or delve into the subtleties of wine appreciation.
If sports figures prominently in
your day's activities, practice your golf putting, compete in
the water volleyball competition or join an aqua aerobics class.
Of course for some, lazing by the pool, a cool drink in hand, is
exercise enough.
Evening Entertainment
As
night falls, the camaraderie rises and The Bar comes alive with
